The challenge: As one of the most relevant providers of telecommunication services, Telefónica Germany was looking for strong and reliable sales personnel for the o2 brand to market all o2 products within Saturn and Media Markt. Particular focus was placed on the control and target achievement of different KPIs, as well as ensuring a high percentage realization of the planned operating days in the commissioned outlets.

Solution: A highly qualified sales team in permanent positions. Consisting of Sales consultants at the PoS, a team of trainers to ensure sales and product knowledge, the establishment of a team of jumpers to take over outages and a strong field force to manage operations and sales.

Sales successes were achieved on a daily basis by sales consultants into our individually adapted systems. Thanks to the daily, individual and detailed presentation of sales successes in the form of various BI evaluations, sales could be quickly analyzed and used as a basis for the necessary definition of measures.
