The owner-managed company PRofiFLITZER was founded in 2004. Even in the founding years, personal experiences at the point of sale showed that the industry would – and needed to – undergo a change. Because the presentation of a brand by external personnel at POS means a challenge for every (personnel) service provider, which can only be met with professional methods.

We quickly realised that the industry had not defined clear quality characteristics. This made it all the more difficult for our partners to choose the right service provider in this highly competitive market. So we decided to offer higher-quality personnel to manufacturers and retailers and to develop effective reporting solutions.

Our vision is today’s reality: The result of our successful development work is perfectly organised audition processes, as well as the employment of helpful online tools. We select our personnel according to the latest standards and also use artificial intelligence in application processes. In this way, optimal applicant profiles can be created and people can be deployed exactly where their strengths lie.

Our top priority is not only to follow current trends, but to shape ideas for the developments of tomorrow. Our PoSLive service offers our partners effective, flexible, digital and individual solutions – for advising customers on sales, as well as for the training of employees. We have set ourselves the goal of becoming Germany’s best PoS service provider. We are very proud to offer our services to an extensive clientele of renowned companies and to win over more and more partners than ever before. Planting trees – growing together.

Since PRofiFLITZER stands for social responsibility beyond the country’s borders, in 2019 we combined the Christmas spirit with a charity project. We all know that the issue of climate change is more pressing today than ever before. With this in mind, we have planted 480 trees on behalf of our customers. We decided on a project that supports small farmers in Nicaragua. Degraded land is being reforested with native trees by small farmers like Jose Segundo Tercero Bucardo and his family.

Our place is in the community.

In addition to our focus on growth, we also see socially responsible action as a clear objective for our company. Since our founding, fair exchange both internally and externally has been a central component of a corporate and employee culture geared toward constructive cooperation. We also want to make a difference in our immediate environment. Since 2011 we have supported the youth of the SG Rotation Prenzlauer Berg e.V. handball department.

Collect pencils for children in Africa.

For many years, PRofiFLITZER has stood for social responsibility. The company has extended this commitment far beyond the region with the “Donate Pencils” campaign in cooperation with the 1-2-3 Kinderfonds Foundation. “Donate Pencils” has an outward and inward effect: On the one hand, collecting is fun and creates a sense of togetherness that goes beyond departmental thinking. Because anyone can join in – regardless of age, origin or individual abilities. On the other hand, the result of the collection campaigns helps children in Africa and generates enthusiasm.
